General considerations

We use the same color schema in all networks, HHsearch views, and protein structures to keep coherence among representations. Depending on what the network represents, we color according to one scop class or another. For example, when looking at the connections between the TIM-barrels (c.1) and the ATC-like (c.78) folds, we'll observe two colors, one representing each fold. The color notation is always specified above every network. In any case, if you are interested in knowing more about the color schema, these are specifications for the four SCOPe ids:

  • Color schema in SCOPe Folds
  • Color schema in SCOPe Superfamilies
