We use the same color schema in all networks, HHsearch views, and protein structures
to keep coherence among representations. Depending on what the network represents, we
color according to one scop class or another. For example, when looking at the connections
between the
TIM-barrels (c.1) and the ATC-like (c.78) folds, we'll observe two colors, one representing each fold.
